Worst customer service anywhere. No one else here and they are going on breaks before helping people. Entire office needs fired.
Went into the office on a weekday at noon. The office was not busy; I waited maybe a few minutes, and was helped. Nancy Ruiz helped me. She was thorough, fast and proficient. A smile or two from her would have made the visit perfect. Thanks Nancy R!
Although it took me ages to get someone on the phone once I was connected person was really helpful and cleared all my doubts. He was with me for almost 20 min to resolve my issues. Thank you for your help Paul.
Two weeks ago I called and talked to a man who was the best, he was so helpful and kind. I called back today to make sure what I wrote down was right and I talked to a nasty women, who laughed at me and had a poor awful attitude right from the start. Call somewhere else.
