Friendly service, great specials. And when I realized my tail light was out, one of the guys came out to help me change it. Just fantastic!
Maloney's is a great place to watch sports events, especially K-State football games. I was there to watch one of the games, and the place was covered in purple. The Alumni Association was there, and they had a drawing for free KSU gear. I have also watched MLB, NFL, and NCAA basketball games. The food is pretty good, and they always have some sort of special going on. It has become my go to bar for weekday evening hangout spots.
Really good sports bar. Good food. Lots of TVs. Lots of outdoor seating on a nice day.
Food is excellent! And the menu quite diverse. My only complaint is that I wish I would have known about the drink specials before I ordered something else. And once our waitress left for the evening, no one checked back for a full hour. We would have stayed and spent more money. All in all a great place for lunch, dinner and quite family friendly as well.
This bar continues leave me speechless with such piss poor service. The first time we came here it was for a very significant event and they managed to play the, "sorry we got the dates mixed up we will have to stick you on the patio" card when I reserved the upstairs out. Now just this last weekend we go for a Sunday brunch and my friend orders the biscuits and gravy and as she eats her meal she notices a THUMB TACK in her gravy. All the waitress says is, "I'm sorry I really don't know how that got there. We only have thumb tacks pinned in the walls". So that just left more questions as to how a thumb tack gets into someone's gravy in a commercial kitchen. I suggest no one goes here for any events or even dining. If you do be sure to bring a metal detector.
