I was asked by three employees if they could help me with anything. I never had to try and find anyone for help. Every employee greeted me with kindness and went above and beyond. I was very impressed with my experience.

A decent store to visit. Finding someone toassist is sometimes difficult but once you find someone they generally help a bit.

Unfortunately this is the nearest home depot to my house so I will probably be back. My boyfriend and I went here to get some tools and supplies for building a cat tree. This took over 2 hours! There were absolutely no employees in sight at 6 pm on a Saturday night with a fair amount of customers in the store. We literally waited an hour between looking for someone to operate the saw to cut some of our lumber and waiting for an employee to cut bulk carpet. We probably could have had sex in the back of the store and no one would have known, or responded even if they were told (we did find some employees whose immediate response was to page other employees who were clearly not on duty or did not exist.) The cashier was new and she did not know how to ring up one piece of lumber so that took another 20 minutes lolll. Fortunately they have us a 10% discount on our purchase and the cashier apologized numerous times (hence the 2 star rating). I have never been in a home depot with so few employees! Usually the trademark of a home depot is employees constantly walking past and asking if you need help. Well, not at this location. The positive: I did not have to spend the rest of eternity there, even though I feared I would!

As far as home depots go, we all know each is differently laid out. This one is the oddest of all that I've seen. My last visit to this one also included me asking an employee where a certain aisle was (SL which is seasonal). He responded with "this lady was first" and pointed to a woman 30 feet from him. He then walked up to her and asked if she needed any help. Quality customer service.

Customer service was on it when I went to pick up 4 online orders. In and out relatively quickly.
