This is not a coin operated laundry, only dry cleaning.
I needed a suite pressed for a funeral. I called all over Kansas City even wasting half day showing up places just to find out when I got there I was told wrong about offering a rush on the phone. I called this dry cleaner and once I told the man on the phone what was going on, he rushed the suite even though I had never been there before. He didn't even charge me a rush fee even though I offered to pay one upfront. I am defiantly going to be a loyal customer for life now!

Run by Koreans, they don't speak much English. This cleaner was pretty good until one day my pants vanished. Pants were on the ticket, but not to be found. Manager had cameras and he searched his hard drive for time dropped off. We saw when I dropped it off, but still no pants. Manager paid for my dry cleaning that was included with the missing pants. When asked about what he would do about my pants, he shrugged his shoulders. Maybe a language barrier thing? I'm not going to return because those dress pants were expensive.
