I hired Michelle in early October to address a defunct HOA. I was given a price of $1,600 to write one letter. It took her 2 months to write that one simple letter introducing herself and opening the dialogue between parties. I had to ask countless times for updates throughout those months and finally threaten to fire her to get that letter written. She told me she had larger and more important clients she was working with and that's why it was taking so long. I should have just fired her then. Completely rude. The letter she wrote didn't have any affect. Not persuasive. Nothing happened. Bland and confusing. After 6 months with still no results, very few updates and the opposing parties saying they weren't getting any info from this woman I got a bill for $5,600. What? I didn't get any monthly statements or updates for 6 months. I asked for copies of the emails and the work she did and I received 2 very short emails to show her actual billable work. That' was it. Those 2 emails containing 4 short sentences asking for thoughts from the opposing parties are apparently worth $2,800 each. Not even technical emails. Just simple 'lets discuss ideas.' Ridiculous! Don't go near this law firm. Sharks is an understatement. Unbelievable waste of time and HUGE waste of money. These people give bad lawyer jokes a new low.
