The funny thing about all this is, now that I actually have everything I ordered... I quite like it all. Everything I received is high quality and the delivery guys themselves were great. That being said, If I could do it again, I would absolutely never step foot in this store -- and I recommend you don't either.
Incredibly disappointing experience with warranty department! Incredibly long process, placing you on hold and passing you from one phone to another just to find out that they will not honor 5 year warranty only because I didn't call them sooner!!!!??? Warranty is still on but they advice to me to call somebody else and pay them to fix, what they should fix under warranty they charged me for!!!! What a rip off!!!! Do not waste your money to purchase warranty from Macy's!!!! Will make it as difficult as possible and will not honor it at all!!!! Asked to talk to supervisor but they just hung up on me.... Buyers be ware!!!!!
Extremely disappointed with my experience at this store. The friendly saleswoman that was so nice before our purchase completely lost interest in me as a customer once Macy's had my money and I walked out the door, which became quite frustrating when the couch I ordered didn't show up with my delivery.
I purchased a bench here that I love! Great selection, a very updated style... I will definitely be back when I am ready to buy my sofa!
So disappointed with my experience purchasing a mattress at this store. Lack of experience/knowledge by salesperson made this a horrible experience for us on a big purchase.
In fact, it was not until the third scheduled delivery that I actually received all my items, which they blamed on the credit card... the Macy's credit card I opened up when making this purchase, and used for literally nothing else. The saleswoman who sold me the couch was entirely unapologetic and unhelpful in helping me resolve these issues.
