After deciding to move forward with them, they kept us informed on the flow of our project every step of the way. The installation team showed up right on time, took every means possible to protect our home and belongings, treated our home as if it were their own, did an amazing job on our floors, and cleaned up perfectly. In fact if it weren't for the amazing finished product you would of never known we had a major flooring project done.
