I rarely use a travel agency, but Love To Travel was great. They helped me get a direct flight to Mexico which was essential since we were flying as a family. They were able to work with our resort directly in order to ensure that our needs would be fulfilled. I know some people who did not work with an agency were redirected to other properties owned by the parent company of our resort due to overbooking. That alone is a perfect reason to book through a travel agency. Another convenience factor was that they compiled all of our travel documents toegether. Very professional and helpful.
