The staff is very friendly and extremely talented in helping find the finishing details. This is my 7th framing job and they are all amazing. They'll help you work within a budget and have found the pricing to be cheaper than most other places around town. Blankets, jerseys, posters and paintings....anything. Always looks great! The premier place in KC.
We had a really good experience when it came to getting a couple of diplomas framed. They spent a long time helping us pick out the right boarder and frame, we went over dozens and dozens of colors and styles changing our minds multiple times. They never rushed us and helped us make the best decision. Would highly recommend.
This place is a joke. Went in to try and have an antique 48 star flag framed. The young man who was helping me did a wonderful job but was unable to answer my questions as this was a complicated job. I was the only customer in the building. He told me I would have to speak to the manager who in my hour visit in the store never was able to come up front because she was too busy. I was willing to spend up to $700 on this order. And after an hour of waiting for the manager I left. Needless to say I will never be back which is a shame because I think they could have done a good job for me.
I am 100% satisfied with the job that A&F did with my print. They did a fantastic job helping me select mats and the frame. I'll definitely use them again.
