I recently had several items framed at Art Source and Design. My initial meeting with the staff was very positive and they helped me layout and think through frame selection, orientations, and mattings. As well, they were willing to price different configurations and options to meet my budget. The quality of the work was exceptional and everything looked great. I happily went home and hung the framed items on my wall. About a month later, I noticed one of the frames was degrading. The next day, I went back to Art Source and Design and showed them the problem. The staff was friendly and promptly contacted their frame vendor to better understand the problem. From that point, we selected a different frame material and the staff diligently reframed all of my items. No additional charge or hassle. Again, the frames were exceptional. Unfortunately, I had to return a product due to one of their frame material vendors having a quality problem. That said, Art Source and Design showed that they fully stand behind their work even when the frame problem was outside their control. These days, it is hard to get such great no-hassle customer service, prompt attention, professionalism, and attention to detail. I would highly recommend Art Source and Design to others!
I spoke with Linda who does the actual framing and felt very comfortable that she knew what she was doing. However I wanted to check out some other shops. The others told me I couldn't get it done like I wanted & their quotes were high.
I went back to Linda @ Art Source & Design and she immediately figured a way fold the jersey as I wanted it. I went ahead and hired her for the job and we agreed on a time frame. Later I had to request a shorter time frame which she met. The job was done in 8 days & it looks great. I couldn't be happier with it.
