Understanding that the 22% gratuity is included with the packages we chose for food and fun. The wait staff was, by far, horrible when it came to the level of service given. Yes they were cheerful and good demeanor. But the fact of knowing that they are getting a tip no matter what, due to the gratuity, made way for them to not go out of their way to provide a 4 or 5 star rating. Taking 20-30 minutes for our guest to be seen by our assinged wait staff to even order a drink, or the dirty dishes that sat for a large majority of the time we were there. It was only after speaking with the manager that things got a little better, but not by much.
We hosted my mother's retirement party here as we have had good experiences in the past when dining. The packages for hosting events are spectacular and the food is outstanding. The only downfall, in our experience was the wait staff that we had during this time.
Will I dine here again, Yes. Because, as I said the food is outstanding. But I will not look to host another event here anytime soon.
Extremely poor service. This has been my third visit and each time I have been increasingly disappointed. The food is mediocre at best, certainly not worth it at the price point. When we first arrived we were coldly greeted by the hostess who told us we had to sit in a certain section so that the service would be faster since there was a larger party sitting else where. The tables next to us had not been bused and even two hours later when we left the tables had still not be bused. It was my grandfathers birthday so we asked if they could bring out for him before we even made a reservation and they said it would be no problem. We sat at our table almost twenty minutes before after we went after them (even after multiple reminders) to bring the cake. They also brought no plates or silverware so we had to take some off other tables. Long story short I wouldn't recommend this place based of food and service, and I certainly wouldn't recommend it for any type of party or special event.
Needs work on customer service. We had a fun time bowling, but who doesn't enjoy a good game every now and then. However, when I told my husband where we went he asked, "What did you think of the customer service?"
The place has a fun vibe to it and the service was excellent. It was a team approach on their part, at least five different people checked on us to make sure all was well.
Having worked in the service industry for some time. I understand that you get busy, but people are paying for an experience that includes food and service.
Happy hour food was pretty tasty, as well as the tuna steak on salad. Bowling looked nice, though there were only a few lanes.
He had been there twice before and felt the same way. Great concept, decent food, happy hour is excellent and daily, but this place could use some customer service training for their entire staff.
