Outstanding phone customer service. Fantastic prices and beautiful arrangements. I ordered a Mothers Day arrangement for a friend, long distance, and I was texted a photo of the exact arrangement that was delivered to my friend. I would highly recommend this florist for sure!
(And I'm not promising they'll do this in the future, but here's what happened: I, like an idiot, asked for flowers to be delivered to a business acquaintance in the hospital a little too late in her stay and she had been discharged by the time Kathleen's delivered the flowers. I don't have her phone or address, but somehow Kathleen's Flowers figured out where she was and got the flowers to her the next day -- WOW. In a world where the products are more and more homogenous (i.e. several previous reviewers commented that you could get the same flowers at Costco or elsewhere), Kathleen's commitment to customer service is unsurpassed and makes them a gem in the small business world!)
Kathleen's Florists helped me in a "crisis". My son decided to ask a gal to Homecoming at the last minute. Friday night before the dance, he reminded me that he needed a corsage. Saturday morning, I was on the phone to every florist in the area. No one had corsages or had the time to make me one. Kathleen's had 2 extra. When I stopped by, she was honest with me that neither would go with what the girl was wearing. But instead of turning me away, she said that if I came back at closing time (2:00 pm), she would make me a corsage to match the girl's dress. It was perfect and beautiful! I cannot express my gratitude enough. What fantastic customer service! You can bet I will return for my flowers here every time! THANK YOU!!
It was a busy day, but they still made an exquisitely beautiful arrangement at the last minute. I appreciated the extra care and attention given since it was a gift. The florals smelled AMAZING!! I also bought a plant, and chocolates- really made a fantastic impression, and the occasion that much more special. Highly recommended- already planning my next purchase!!
