O bought flowers for my girlfriend through FTD and Parker Payne came through. She loved the flowers and they delivered them on time.
Ordered online and the flowers they delivered looked nothing like the online picture. Called the online store, they called these people and they stated that they made it look exactly like the pic. They did not tell the truth.
I ordered through an online company and the flowers were substantially smaller in size than the "premium" size ordered, lilies were replaced with daisies, and the delivery was two days late (despite paying extra for delivery on a specific day). I called to complain and was met with far-fetched excuses and blaming of the online company; no responsibility taken, no apologies, and certainly no compensation. Do not go here.
I received a dozen roses this week on a Tuesday afternoon. Several of them were already opened all the way. By the next day they were wilting. The ones that had not opened never opened and the heads just drooped. I called the shop twice, 9:00 am and once in the afternoon. Both times I got an answering machine. I received flowers from Hy-Vee the same day, still look beautiful. This shop will never be successful if they cannot return a call or answer the phone. There are too many great florists that have fresh flowers. Pushing off old flowers for a delivery is bad business. I will make sure everyone I know knows the customer service and terrible product they turn out. Buyer Beware. Interesting they say satisfaction guaranteed.
My flowers were supposedly delivered on Saturday evening. I presume they were left in front of my door. They were stolen before I got home. Sadly I didn't even know I was receiving anything for my birthday until my boyfriend who is deployed with the Army asked if I received anything. When I advised I had not, he contacted the florist. Flowers were finally delivered today and they are broken, half dead and have a soaked stuffed animal attached to them. I would not recommend this florist. I received two different deliveries from two different florists this weekend and the quality of one v the other is undeniable. I will be requesting a refund for my boyfriend as what was received today is not worth whatever he paid for them.
