Great place for sports apparel & shoes. Alot of people pass up on Champs & miss out on a great shopping experience
I called the man at the register for my son size right before my son party and right before I came in and said it would be at the register for me I get there and waited for 10-15 min for the man too come back out from the back and say he sold it very bad customer service ruined my son whole birthday outfit that I had planned for him I will never shop here again
When I got my Jordan 1 retros they already had creases and the soles were dirty
When an employee threatens to fight you and yells obscenity after obscenity at you while his co workers hold him back, AFTER youve just spent $250 that night, and thousand of dollars in the past with this company and its subsidiaries, its just sad! will NOT be spending or reccomending others to shop there qhile this type of behavior is accepted and rewarded with continued employment.
