I was greeted immediately upon entering the store. I felt welcome and comfortable, never overwhelmed. Arthur assisted me, asking simple questions to gauge where I was coming from as a customer, a clear sign of attentive service. Arthur helped me to understand what I need in the product I was looking for, in this case a pair of running shoes. Although the price for the shoes I tried on was out of my spending range I feel like the quality of service and knowledge I received from the staff was worth taking the time to save and possibly return to make a purchase. Most importantly, this visit reminded me that interaction on a human level far surpasses the draw of an inexpensive pair of shoes online.
I talked my wife into going in as well. She works on her feet all day and was having back pain. They set her up with some shoes that make a HUGE difference! She is able to work all day and also mow the low, run, etc, with minimal pain! It's very exciting. :)
The staff was very friendly and took time to understand what kind of shoes I was looking for. (Also there was an employees dog who was super sweet)
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Excellent service! I have had a lot of knee, arch, and back pain. Especially while trying to walk or jog. First time I went into Elite Feet they had me fitted. They watched me walk around the room to asses what my feet did naturally. Unfortunately mine tend to roll in and I need good arch support. They accessed my walking and set me up with the right shoes. Ever since, I've had minimal pain while working out! It made a huge difference In my ability to exercise!
My daughter is recovering from foot surgery and needed a good pair of shoes. We went to Elite Feet and the staff was great. They worked with her to get the right shoe and fit. This was a wonderful experience. It is worth your time and the shoes are reasonable priced.
