Wow! This place has gone downhill significantly. I used to be a regular customer, but this last visit all staff was rude and/or completely unknowledgeable. We were the only 2 customers in the store, prepared to spend, but ended up leaving and shopping elsewhere.
Salon appt with Kelsey started on time and she did a fantastic job! Ladies in the retail section were friendly and offered assistance as we shopped. Continues to be one of the best BB's in KC :)
Got me in and out fast
UNBELIEVABLE!!! My 12 yo just got a trim that took 15 minutes and BB charged $40 for the cut (ok, I should have known she was an "adult") and they charged an additional $10 because her hair is longer than her shoulder!
