I went in with a Groupon for a partial Hi-Lite. Amber Kelley charged me an extra $20 before I even sat down. After the hi-lite I told her she could add an extra $10 for a tip. She decided that wasn't enough so she charged my card a total $50. After asking her if she made a mistake she replied, I should have tipped her $40. Wow..................Scam!

I got the groupon for a great price and was overall satisfied with the outcome. That being said, I would not recommend going because the service was very slow and unprofessional. The girl doing my hair had to ask others for direction with the coloring (which obviously worried me!), she worked on me and two other clients simultaneously so I was in there just sitting waiting for a very long time watching the other workers lounge around playing on their phones and take part in very personal conversations- kind of awkward... Finally, when it was my turn, the hairdresser managed to wash out my hair while leaning over me to read a lunch menu. I sat uncomfortably with my head cranked back while she made her decision and carried on a lengthy discussion with the rest of the staff. Thankfully, after about 4 hours in the salon the color came out fine but I definitely won't go back.
