DO NOT BUY A BIKE FROM THIS PLACE!! My friend bought a bike here and it was backordered....forever. The head guy there just kept coming up with excuses and it just seemed super shady. I've been there a couple times and all the other employees are knowledgeable and friendly. That whole experience just turned me off of this shop.
I had by far, the best customer experience in my life at Bike America with Nick!! I recently purchased a bike from his shop, and after a long ride today, I realized the bike did not fit me properly. This is a great local bike shop. The staff fitted my son (7 years) with a new helmet. They were very kind and encouraging. He came home excited to ride!
Stopped by Bike America today with a couple of minor bike issues. The technician chatted with us about vintage bikes while he quickly fixed and adjusted mine. When I asked what I owed, he told me to just let people know I had a great experience. While it only took a few minutes to fix my bike, I fully expected to be charged for the service. What a treat and pleasure to have such a friendly business in my neighborhood.
Found out today that Nick the store manager, sold us a Cannondale quick6 2016 in teal but delivered a 2015 to us. We went to trade it in today because I didn't like the road bike as much as a mountain bike. He also failed to ship us the locks we ordered after several employees for months told us he had them. Please save your money, go somewhere else.
