ORIGINAL: Friendly staff, but don't fully stand behind their bikes. Bought my son a bike late last season and after few short rides the front axle nut fell off. They would not cover replacement under the warranty. Given how quickly it fell off (you can still see the new tire nubs in the pic), I question the quality of their workmanship as they assembled the bike. I guess we're just lucky the axle and wheel did not come completely off and injure my son.
I have used the service and repair multiple times now and the staff is friendly and work quickly to take care of me. A good experience everytime i have been. Service prices are reasonable. The new bike prices are high but you pay for quality.
UPDATE: After seeing my review, they called me and wanted to make it right. I took the bike in and they fixed it and checked the bike over and made several adjustments. Would've liked it done right the first time, but in the end they did a good job.
