Absolutely horribly poor service and customer service. I stopped in today on a bike ride while my car was getting an oil change because my rear derailleur was out of alignment. I figured since this was a bike shop that the service tech could take a quick moment to readjust my derailleur and get me back on the road. He refused at first. I asked again. He then said I would have to leave the bike. I explained that I am on a 20 mile ride with my car in for service and this is my mode of transportation right now. He reluctantly decided to take a look all the while complaining about how much work he has to get to and I am slowing him down. After toying with my bike for a minute or two decides to tell me that my cables need replacement and there is a hang up. Never once did he look at my derailleur when I told him to look there first. He gave me back my bike and I left I will never shop here in the future and certainly NEVER have any service on my bike done here.
They have great service and nice employee's. They have anything you need for a road bike mountain bike and every other bike. If you are looking for a place to get BMX stuff they don't have a wide selection.
bought a Giant Liv Sedona W bike for my wife here. The old couple who run the store are really nice. I like how hospitable and patient they were. Definitely will go to them again in the future when it is time to upgrade mine.
I had a great experience at this local bike shop. The staff was very helpful and set me up with a carbon frame Giant under my budget. With the purchase I got 15 percent off accessories and two free tuneups. They weren’t pushy at all and gave great advice about my new bike.
Went in to have my tire checked on my stroller. He fixed it and didn't charge me. Super nice owner.
