I probably won't use this shop again. I was greeted with a $102 diagnosis fee this morning, which wasn't previously discussed on the phone two days prior. Once they took a look and realized it was just the floor mat blocking the gas pedal, they called us and said they'd waive the fee for such a simple fix. We were so relieved! Oddly though, they called back a couple hours later and gave us a laundry list of "suggested repairs" - $3,000+ in total. This seems to be standard practice for them, but I don't like being pressured into spending extra money for unnecessary repairs. I give their staff credit for knowledge and expertise, I just don't like being prodded for extra money (anywhere, anytime).
Second time coming into the shop this time to have a diagnosis done and at the end of the day, the price of the repair was inflated and the cost to diagnose the issue was over double the cost of the second repair shop who will enviably get my business from here on out. Really believe that Eilenberger’s business tactic is to take advantage of your situation and charge you with more and hope that you don’t get a second quote to compare. I don’t appreciate this style of business. Dishonesty will not bring back my business.

They will spell out each item and tell you know exactly what it will cost. Before doing any service they will have you verify that you want them to do the service. I feel like their prices are reasonable. I have used them a few times and have been very satisfied with their customer service and automotive service.
Excellent service. They always explain what's necessary and what can wait. I have been a loyal customer for years. I trust their whole team completely.
