Poor costumer care... The old African American cursed me and ask me to leave as if I was a thief only because it was 7:03p and I started to was my car at 6:50. I'm so disappointed
They're always friendly and I get a professionally cleaned car. I like getting the wet cloth when I first pull through so I can clean the inside while I am going through the wash. I gave them a 5
I paid for the Fire and Ice wash yesterday, which i get often. And this time when I went through the wash I got the basic wash. No wheel brite, or shine protection or wax or any extras. I know it was a busy day, but I was very disappointed that my wash got mixed up and got a basic wash for $18.
I go the Blue Valley Express weekly and I had a good experience. I'm disable and a older black gentleman always help vaccum my car and put the tire shine on for me.
The gentleman that does the prewash does a great and thorough job! 9/5/17. I've had him a few times now and he really takes the time when he can (not during crazy peak hours) it's just nice to have my car washed well as the bugs seem to stick!
