I strongly discourage anyone who cares about their paint to get their car washed here. Manager is near impossible to get ahold of when something goes wrong.
The wash itself is average. Same thing you’ll find in a dozen other locations near here.
This place was awesome. I just moved here from South Dakota where everything is dirt roads, so of course my car was pretty dirty. Dom, who works there, came right up to me and let me know that I could go through twice to make sure that my car got cleaned. Usually places would charge me extra, but they didn't and Dom was extremely nice about the whole thing. They also have free vacuuming. Will mostly definitely be coming back here again!
I was a club member at this wash pretty much since it opened but with recent experience i had to cancel. Car wash malfunctioned and did not spray soap or water on my car. This caused the brushes to scratch my paint which two employees saw and agreed was the washes fault. Manager was not there but i was told he would call me within two weeks. Never received a call so i went back myself and the manager was not there again. Finally got a call back the next day and scheduled to meet him at noon on a Tuesday. I showed up at noon and the manager of course was not there. He showed up 20 minutes later and did not apologize for being late or even shake my hand.
Great car wash they keep running you thru untill the car is clean for one price very good deal I think since my car was covered with pollen
Kinda fancy automated car wash place compared with where I came from (Chicago). Relatively affordable and does the job. There is free vacuum after the cleaning is done as well. The only problem with this type of auto cleaning is you can never get the dust off around the license plate area as the hoses and brushes don’t really touch that area.
Decent auto wash. They let you take all the time you need to clean you car insides. I was there just a couple minutes before I wash asked by an employee how everything was. I proceeded to do a full detail job in their lot and no one bothered me about the amount of time I was there. Nothing to complain about here.
After arguing back and forth that the scratches were caused by the wash he finally agreed to have a “buddy” at Acura buff out the scratches. This process took 3 weeks just to get scheduled because the manager, Kyle, apparently doesn’t know how to make phone calls. Acura half way fixed the scratches, missed one entirely, but dealing with the manager Kyle is such a pain in the ass I’m going to just cut my losses.
