Kids working here are not at all interested in working. Was waiting inside. Then saw my car came outside for a wipe down. They were not at all cleaning properly just touching the cloth n that's it. So i walked out near my car. They noticed me n started doing some wipes but not fully. The side I was standing that guy started cleaning properly. But the guy on other side was not. Waste of capital. It seems the employees r tired to work. Due to which they are not at all interested. The guy who takes the order was good. He said they will vacuum cars seats as well when I asked. but they were not.atleast make justice to the amount that is paid by the customer and fullfil services that are offered. it was my first time. Had read previous reviews, ignored those n still went. But bad experience. Owner should make the employees read the reviews. So that they get some sense abt what is being talked outside. Waterways must put attention to this n rectifie asap.
Don't ignore the reviews if you are thinking about going here like I did. My boyfriend used to work here and I even ignored him when he told me not to go. This place is trash and I have no clue how they are still in business. Went back 3 times to get it fixed when they didn't wipe off the water spots on my car and they still didn't get it right. The manager even "cleaned" off my car and when he asked if everything looked good I said no and he replied, "I don't know what else to do at this point?" If the managers don't care, neither do the 14 year old boys who work here. I won't write about everything else they did wrong because it will be too long, I mean just seriously don't go here. You will be so disappointed like I was. Btw I paid $80 after tip here if you're wondering.
I want to share that a year ago the service was not good however I re visited the car wash this past summer and have been back twice and all three times I have been pleased with the service. TY
Scratched my car and then refused to take responsibility for it. "We know the process inside and out, those scratches aren't physically possible" was the manager's excuse. Sorry bub, if the scratches weren't there when we started, and are there when we finished, something happened between those two points in time. I'm not saying it was on purpose, chances are there was some debris in a rag that rubbed against the paint, but just admit it instead of trying to give the run-around. They did offer a free wax to try and cool me down, but there's no way in hell I'm giving them another chance to do even more damage.
Went to get our car washed, and I was up-sold to the more expensive wash. Then overheard the kids on the walkie talkie bantering with each other about their big score and how they "got one." Then overheard the guys on the other end bragging about how they were going to make me wait 50 minutes to punish me, because of my concern of the car being washed properly for the higher amount. Next time they want to make fun of the customer, they might want to think about how loud they are yelling to each other on their walkie talkies. Asked for a refund. Took our car to another car wash. Last visit.
