As usual I received efficient and friendly service. Molly is the best hygienist I have ever had in my 74 years on earth. She and Dr. Lenz are friends as well as dentist and hygienist.
The staff was so friendly and they were able to squeeze me in over my lunch hour. One of the best dentist experiences I have had in a very long time!
I have been a patient of Dr. Lenz for several years now and do not plan on going anywhere else... (so please don't go trying to retire Dr. Lenz!) As a result of becoming a patient there we have brought our whole family to Dr. Lenz and once my daughter is old enough I plan on her seeing Dr. Lenz as well. The environment is very warm and comfortable. I love the TVs while I'm getting my cleaning done, such a nice amenity. I had a issue with one of my teeth that I had kind of lived with for a few years thinking "well this is just the way it is" and Dr. Lenz did a root canal on the tooth, and I haven't had any issues since! I've had several fillings (I think 11 total? YIKES!) and each one was quick, painless, and they walked me through each procedure. All in all, great people, great environment!
Dr. Lenz and his team are excellent - professional, friendly, and really the best practice I've experienced in 54 years. I am always made to feel welcome, and I feel like Dr. Lenz always takes the time to focus on my situation, and I've always trusted his advice and recommendations. We're really glad we found Lenz Dental, and recommend it to anybody that is looking for a high standard of care.
This is my dentist, and they are all great. Very welcoming Secretaries, gentle Assistants, and a very profesional Dentist. Over all, always a good experience wen it comes to my regular cleanings... and this considering that I hate going to the dentist.
