Great kid's dentistry. My two kids age 7 and 3 come here for a while now. Dr. Matt is awesome, professional and caring. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Appointments are processed on time without delays. If you are looking for kid's dentistry - this is your place. They are the best.
Me and my kids have always loved Dr. Mat. But recently I've been annoyed by office staff several times. Today they called to collect a ~$50 balance on my account. After I told her I had not my wallet with me and I will take care of it at the scheduled visit. She urged me to call back 3 o'clock tomorrow afternoon to take care of it in order to keep the appointment. I feel insulted. I have to say, my kids have seen Dr. Mat since 2009 and I have never never failed to pay his bills! Maybe I should not be treated as a repudiator??? Or, maybe this office has become so busy that they feel ok to bully over good customers?
Dr. Matt and the staff at Smiles Dentistry are awesome. My son had a tooth break, and they got him in to see the dentist within an hour. As always, the care and professionalism we experienced were top notch. We've been going to Dr. Matt for more than five years.
The dentist isn't much fun for anyone unless you go here! Come a minute early to play a video game and get comfortable. The staff is so welcoming and professional with each other and the patients. We drive a little out of our way to bring our children here. I just wish they saw parents too!!
Front desk staff are very friendly and made us feel welcome. Lots of activities for the kids to do in the waiting room, even though we did not have to wait long. Dental hygienists are SUPER friendly and AWESOME with kids. Dr. Hillman is amazing and answered all my questions thoroughly. Recommend this office to everyone with kids!
