Allstate is a ridiculously stupid insurance agency. Apparently, you cannot be given insurance if you didn't have insurance at any point in the 3 years prior - including if you don't own a car or drive! As if everyone on earth knows that you need car insurance even without a car/the ability to drive, or if everyone on earth has rich parents that pay for their kids to be on their insurance claim (and by the way, mine aren't, as well as the fact they don't even live in the US anyways). Terrible, terrible company, and a really laughable way of doing business. Laughing at how bad of an idea this is lmao
