This agency is a bunch of the most incompetent, non-communicative, jerks in the insurance world. I hire an independent agent to make my life easier. I don't have time to deal with the paperwork, the shopping, or the phone calls necessary to change insurance. So, I expect my agent to do his best to keep my rates down, minimize my legwork, and make the transitions easy. BVIA does not do any of these. They don't return phone calls or e-mails, they are reluctant to make calls on your behalf, and they complete the insurance application paperwork with erroneous information. I just don't trust them.
