We got our home insurance through MutualAid. First they were significantly cheaper than anyone else with much better coverage. Second anytime I actually had to contact them the customer service was US-based, friendly and exceptionally helpful. This latest time we dealt with Lexi Myers, we sold our house and the mortgage company took $900 from us to renew our home insurance on the house we didn't own. Not only that but we were just about to go on vacation and were counting on that money. So we needed it right away. Lexi went out of her way up multiple times to contact the accounting department and expedite our refund and cancel the policy. She had everything resolved and the money back to us within two days. It's just so nice to see a company doing business the right way with honesty, integrity and a customer based mindset. If I could give more stars I would and would absolutely recommend them to anyone anytime anywhere!!
