On the way out, again, blondes didn't say a word as we were heading towards the door. I said "Thanks!", as I do leaving any business, and one of them reluctantly muttered something back. They really made a bad impression.
Their bull pizzle sticks being 17.50/each literally made me laugh out loud.. and I am NOT cheap, especially for my pets. My poor review is not because of their prices; but because of their appalling lack of customer service and rudeness.
Very clean and has trendy pet supplies...cookies...clothes...toys. You can go for supplies or to purchase a pet.
Walked in with my mom today...no customers were in the store, two snooty blondes at the counter didn't even bother to say hello or smile. Incredibly awkward... Never asked if we needed help or even acknowledged us.
They get their dogs from puppy mills, they will deny it all day. One of the breeders they previously got puppies from had 745 dogs, 13 different breeds! The USDA gave them several write ups for the condition of the dogs, living conditions and so on. If you purchase a puppy here you contributing to the horrible lives these innocent dogs have to live. Please adopt! There are so many rescues in the area and they have any breed and age you could want, there is no reason to buy a puppy mill dog!
Great stuff here for your animals, however a little pricey. Only place we could find clothing for our extra tiny puppy.
The employee Rachel was super helpful. She was able to help us pick out a bed and blanket for our new dog
