Excellent place to take your pet. The owner (Kelly) has been incredibly helpful in getting us comfortable with having a pet. Her advice is excellent. Our dog loves going there all the time.
Love how they don't require leaving your pet all day long. You make appointment and they start bathing soon and pick up pet soon as finished. No kennels/cages. If your pup needs to wait before or after they have a pretty large area partitioned off yet your dog doesn't feel alone or isolated. The groomers and people out front are so nice. Love that the owner also is very into know about the good, bad and ugly of certain dog foods to help make sure pet gets good food not filler even if not purchase there. They make sure before you leave you are 100% happy with the groom. If want it shorter or trimmed a little different no problem. My dog is elderly and has always only like just a few people and even my princess loves Woof Gang

I was way behind on getting my Llasa-Poo groomed. On Saturday morning I called and they gave me a 1:30 appointment. About 30 minutes later they called to say they had an immediate opening so I was able to take Sebastian in for his grooming. I actually took both of my dogs with me and waited in the store, which is adorable, while they did the grooming. It took only about an hours and 15 minutes. He came out looking absolutely adorable, as did all the dogs that came out while I waited. And the price was very reasonable, actually a little less than I've been paying. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
Took our 5 mo old Wheaten Terrier puppy in for a TRIM. It was her first grooming. My husband told the groomer EXACTLY what we wanted. When he returned to pick her up he was speechless because what he got back was a golden doodle.....not a Wheaten!!! Didn't do any good to go over what we wanted because the groomer did what she wanted. We will NEVER go back & will discourage any friends who are considering using the services there to go elsewhere. Very disappointed & now I have to wait for my puppy's hair to grow out around her face to make her look like a Wheaten again.
