While this may be a good place to take your pet for allergies, it is not a good place to take your dog to have its ears cleaned. Our dog had debris in hear ears and our vet referred us to a specialist, Dr. Senter to have this done. Our dog could hear before the expensive procedure. In fact, while waiting in the lobby, every time the front door would beep, she was anxious at the sound. When I picked her up following the procedure and took her home, I knew immediately she couldn't hear. They said it wasn't common for hearing loss and it make take a few days for it to come back. Upset, my husband and I took her in to see the doctor to explain her loss of hearing. We were told it wasn't the procedure, she was older and was going deaf and it's part of the aging process. I also sent a letter explaining the situation to the office manager. This group apparently seems more concerned about making money than providing quality care. Thankfully we found a new vet that said her behavior (she hid and was shaking for weeks) was due to a severe ear infection which was treated. Do your research and find a clinic that has compassionate care for your pet and will take responsibility when they cause permanent damage.

A true lifesaver for my very allergic dog. My regular vet wasn't able to control my dog's itching. Here my fog got allergy testing and treatment. He's a new happy dog now!

@VADClinic Dr Senter and his team are amazing! With some great questions, exam and a video I had recorded of my dog Jakers they were able to determine the issue with the excessive pawing-at-his-mouth. I'd been to three other doctors and a dentist, but finally Dr. Senter was able to make a diagnosis. Thank you so much for all you've done for my Westie Jakers!!! I do have a video I recorded so I'll try to find a way to post here or on FB @VADClinic.
