Car was messy, gum stuck everywhere. Unfortunately, I didn't notice until I picked up my passengers, particularly when one sat in it and other got it on their pants, sitting in different areas of the vechicle. When dropping off the car, I waited for a long time, then clerk gave me a half hearted sorry. This location will no longer get my business, I'll go further out when I need a car again.
Worst staff member. I rented a vehicle from this location, the staff member doesn't even care about condition of the car. I have observed the rear passenger tire has less than 50% of air. When I notified to staff, he simply told that it is because of cold, the air pressure was less, I believed that and he put the air. After that every 200 miles I have to fill up the air I did that 2 times and one of the passer-by told me that there is some problem in the tire and he identified that there is a nail on the tire. This should have been identified by the staff member which he didn't do it and simply told me that it is because of cold the air pressure is less. The story doesn't end there. I was in a remote place where I don't find a tire shop to repair my tire and almost spent half-a-day to figure out next possible solutions. I called multiple Avis location and finally got a help from one of the airport (in Texas) Avis location ready to exchange the car instead of repairing the tire. But they do not have the same premium car, I called the Overland Park Avis and they said that ok to exchange there after coming back he can reduce the rental amount. But when I return the car this location staff member came up with all new story that the airport location put $500 more in my rental. He said that he will remove that extra $500 but he doesn't even care about the flat tire issue I had. In fact I spoke to 1-800 number he gave me and they didn't helped me at all. Finally I have end up paying more $$$ than I have been notified initially. I NEVER RECOMMEND THIS AVIS LOCATION for car rental. Good luck with their business!!!
I was shocked on 7/12 when the owner of this Avis agency refused to call around to nearby agencies to try to get me a rental vehicle. OK, so if you want a negative report on Yelp you got one and I'll be awaiting an Avis corporate person to call to apologize and offer me a free rental voucher.
This is the worst ever car rental service i have ever seen, staff is not at all willing to help and the were cutting my phone on my face by saying no. Please go to enterprise or budget, they will definitely serve you better than the Avis.
Clean, easy to get to. Good staff who do their best to take care of the customer! I like this location and team a lot.
