Full size pickup that I was supposed to rent had been returned damaged the day before. The employees at Enterprise called another location and I ended up taking an even bigger vehicle, which was perfect for the job I needed to do. They drove me to the other branch as well. Truck was great, and they knocked off a bit of money on the gas charge for the troubles (which really weren't troubles at all, I was perfectly content). This group is fun and great at what they do. Will certainly rent from them again when needed.
This was a great experience. I was greeted very quickly even tho there were many customers. I was in and out in less then 10 min. The car was clean and exactly what I asked for. My return was effortless. The reason i chose Enterprise was because they were the best priced also, by far. Great job staff!
