reserved a Chrysler town and country online for a family vacation and when I got to pick it up they didn't have the correct vehicle. I received a dodge caravan sport which was way more compact than a town and country. when I got there, the guy at the counter was not apologetic about it and said that we were not allowed to exchange it at another location and he said I rented it so I got whatever they had. It was uncomfortable and not what I reserved to rent. Then when I returned it, the lady at the front counter seemed too busy on her phone to even pay attention to checking our car back in. She was VERY rude to my dad. All in all it was a very unfriendly experience and I would reccomend going to Enterprise if you want to rent a car. They give you what you order or if they don't have it they make it worth your while. This place SUCKS.
Very helpful staff, they get you in and out. Parking is limited and maneuvering is difficult.
I have rented vehicles from this location several times this year. Each time the staff was very helpful. Two of those times they went out their way to help get me into my rental. I'm surprised other people have encountered such horrible experiences.
Service was great. Manager and staff were friendly and helpful. I definitely would recommend this location to family and friends.
