I would not recommend this service and this location to anyone I know. Very disappointing service.
The car rental was in just ok condition, but as far as the specifications posted online for the rental on the booking page; I was promised a full size car and as per the price I paid for the car, it was just a basic model of Sonata 2017 that was provided.
If you don't have anything nice to say..... The lady working there was working hard and doing her best. There, that was nice.
Had a bad experience here. I rent cars all the time from other companies with no issue. Left here without my reserved vehicle and picked one up down the road at Enterprise. Guy at counter wasn't in the mood to help and walked me out the door at 6:00. Was given a 5:45 reservation time by a live person at Hertz, then later when I called to try to figure out how to get a car and resolve my problem, they told me they don't give reservations later than 5:30. Have a 200$ deposit that isn't described during booking. I didn't know what it was even for until after he was walking me out the door.
Not at all happy with the customer service either as I had forgotten to remove my $40 worth of merchandise (2 items) in the trunk. I made sure to call the car rental desk immediately with in two hours or so after my return and they never called me back with any details and just told me they rented back the car in a follow up call and hung up.
Favorite local place to rent cars in KC area. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Huge parking lot for leaving your own vehicle. Perfect location.
Worst experience ever! Staff behavior is worst. Not at all helpful.
