HORRIBLE customer experience! They literally fought with us when we tried to try on a dress shirt!
Customer service lacks. It took the guy longer to check us out then to buy the suits because he was so involved with another customer and his issue. He barely some or made eye contact. He forgot to take off the tag and the alarm went off. He was incredibly unimpressive and if we go back, he will NOT be helping us out checking us out.
I looked at getting a couple of suits. The staff was very knowledgeable. And the customer service was second to none. I will definitely be back. This will be the only place I buy suits from.
K & G has the worst customer service ever. They pretend to be nice to you in order for you to purchase something. The manager doesn't have enough knowledge on tax exempt because he is used to seeing a different kind of exempt card,really
HORRIBLE!!! So insulting! My husband asked the salesman if he could help him find a certain pair of shoes and the salesman actually told my husband he needed to get his eyes checked!! I was shocked at this man's complete and total rudeness! Another couple of shoppers witnessed it and were likewise shocked! I can't believe anyone would have this man in their employment! Manager said she "will talk to him about it."
