Okay let me just say POSER!!!
If I could rate 0 stars I would. Had a gift card I wanted cash for but the workers convinced me that it would be best to buy something with it and flip it for cash. Bought a watch with the card and the worker told me that it isn't sealed so I might as well wear it while I was trying to sell it. Later I realized that the watch I bought for $108 only sells on eBay for $70 brand new. When I took it in every worker in the store teamed up against me and convinced me that it is too worn to return even for a gift card. Will never be buying anything from that Zumiez store again. Snobby workers who are money hungry, customer second, money first. Very disappointed. Going to attempt to mail in my return to the Zumiez headquarters.
Rip-Offs, the guy lied and said o because you purchased this more than 30 days ago, I'll have to give a gift-card, I literally purchased 9 days ago. They have a horrible repetitive history of this behavior. Look guys, a returning customer keeps your business alive not really the new ones you get every so often. Never going back
