Nice store with good stuff. I thought the price was wrong when my shoes were scanned, so we went back and checked. I was wrong and the lady was very nice and helpful.
Parking is on the upper level. Friendly staff, organisation is a little confusing. Fantastic return policy. The online customer service sucks, but the in-store people are much better.
I think this is the largest JCPenney's in the metro. Clean, organized but sometimes hard to find an employee. We frequent this store over ones closer to home.

I used to only shop Penny's..untill today. They are playing Christmas music and after the remodel they seen to have half the clothing. Not to mention six ppl in line and one cashier. Now I see why they are folding.
