What a mess. Stock not sized. Merchandise everywhere. Out of best selling middle range sizes in basic jeans and Dockers..not one associate on floor to help.. walked out. Won't go back for a while.
Clean store, easy to find items. I always find something to buy here. Friendly check-out staff. But be warned: it is difficult to find help on the floor if you are looking for a particular item...
Expensive! Very disappointed. Went to the store with 15% off coupon on black friday. Came home and realized that the 15%was only applied to one item (ie. The cheapest one). Honestly it wasn't even like a discount. Not worth it!!
Kind and helpful all around! I came in after 10 p.m. and couldn't believe they were open till midnight! Both ladies who assisted me were extremely helpful attentive. Even though I left my receipt and Kohl's reward card in the car, she looked it up with my credit card and driver's license & made the return easy. Another associate helped me find exactly what I was looking for.
I like Kohls for the prices and the speed of service. I can be in and out in less than twenty minutes. Being a guy who does not enjoy shopping, that is a huge plus in the win column.
