Very clean and organized, isles were open and not cluttered. Staff is out on the floor if you have questions. Plus this location is a "Super Target" so it's even better..
This used to be a great store. Everyone would ask you if you need anything. Over the last year it has stopped. I was trying to spend $300+ on headphones and not a single employee asked me if I needed help with getting headphones or deciding on a pair. When I spoke to the associate he emwas so engrossed with whatever he was doing on his phone hear me. So I left and will take my business elsewhere.

As a Target credit card holder, I asked if I could use the phone at the customer service desk (a while back) to check on my card balance and I was told they have no phone there. I find this hard to believe and I don't believe it. I've never known any Target store anywhere else I've lived to act this way -- to hide their phone in customer service and tell people they don't have one. That is ridiculous and totally lacks in customer service. They told me there's a phone in the fitting room I could use but when I went there, the woman there wasn't very nice at all and clearly didn't want me to use it. I'll never return to this Target again and I'll remember Target in Overland Park by this inhospitable situation. Don't buy any accessories items from Target..I brought couple of things and all of them were china made! I wore shoes 30$ for two times and the glue was off!! Cheap quality stuff...although they have nice cakes..
