We have puchased several pieces of furniture from this store over the past few years. They've always provided great customer service and backed their products. The delivery crews have been top notch as well. Honestly, based on quality and service compared to other local furniture stores, we only shop here. So far we've been guaranteed not to be disappointed.
As always, Furniture Deals has the home furnishing we need at a reasonable price. We do shop and view elsewhere, but always end up purchasing here. Their deliver is easy, the employees are personable and respectful. If there are any questions and/or issues, which we have not had any, they'll respond quickly.
This store is awesome! The sales people are friendly and knowledgeable and they make sure you find what you’re looking for. They also don’t high pressure sell you stuff you don’t want or need. The service policy on my couch for 5 years was only $80, so well worth it. The delivery guys were also fast, friendly and professional! Definitely would recommend and will consider them for any future furniture purchases!
From beginning to end it was a great experience. We talked with sales about what we wanted and were provided some great options. Found exactly what we were looking for. They setup delivery and installation. On delivery day I received a notification letting me know they would be there soon, and added bonus on time. They were in and out in about 30 minutes and had everything put together and setup just how I asked. Thanks again.
Then men that moved my furniture where very polite and worked fast/efficiently! I️ was very impressed with how fast they were. It was nice that they came at a good time as well, usually when you are given a time window you end up waiting all day. It was a great experience
