I’ve been looking for the “right” recliners for my home...But it HAD to be a wall hugger & manual... found online, but how could I try it out to be sure! Walked into the Lazy Boy Showroom and walked out the proud owner of two new recliners just PERFECT for my space!
We had a GREAT experience shopping at Lazyboy! We spoke with several salesman and they were all so very helpful! Tony put up with our questions and indecisiveness for over an hour and never acted like he had anything better to do but to help us in our decision! I'll recommend this store to everyone I know! We were disappointed to find out that the Black Friday sale with the sign that said everything was 32% off, in fact did not cover sale items. The print was so small it was difficult to read. It would've been nice to know that when we were looking at the items. It was misleading.
The staff were very helpful even though it was busy. Questions were answered well. The only thing that wasn't explained was the warranty. I forgot to ask about it and thought of it later.
It was so nice to not be pressured while looking around. It made for a great shopping experience!
Great people; work with you to identify what best fits your needs. Buying my third recliner knowing I will have many years of comfort ahead. Can't wait for its delivery!
