I do not often post but I have to warn anyone ordering furniture that there is no guarantee you will receive your order. We ordered and paid for the furniture in Feb. and are still waiting. We had damaged product when it arrived in KC and some of it could be repaired and some couldn't so they sent it back to be remade because they were worried the die lot wouldn't match so here we are four months later and still don't have all of order nor can we get a exact date when we should. If my wife didn't like what she picked out so much I would cancel the order but what's even worse no one from the store have even tired to make this right that's the real problem no one cares about your business once they have the money. If you are special ordering don't pay in full!
I just bought a new (older) home and wanted all new furniture in my great room. The space was large but the room was a bit awkward because it was long and linear with a fire place at one end of the room. I worked with Savanna Bird at Thomasville in Overland Park. She was AWESOME to work with. She was professional and courteous. She had great ideas and made gentle suggestions to keep me from making a design disaster!! She made the process fun and stress free. I trust her and highly recommend her to my friends and family!

Horrendous experience - 3+ years later I still highly regret the (overpriced) sectional we ordered. It came filthy and damaged, had several issues that needed to be resolved. This local store was completely useless and the corporate office was even worse. Our couch is pilling and leaks several dozen feathers daily. Please please please Do not buy a couch here or from thomasville.
