The woman who works here does not follow boost policy. Unfairly charged 20$activation fee when i already had an account. Also told I could not purchase a phone unless I activated it same day. Both false. Spoke with customer service. Do not go here.

Do NOT buy from here!! I bought a Bluetooth headphone at 10 this morning. Charged it for an hour, tried to connect my phone to it and it won't connect. I tried to return it and they won't give me my money back! The lady at the front desk told me they have never had a defective Bluetooth headphone, yet mine is! I asked her if she can't get it to connect then I get my money back, she wouldn't answer that question and responded with some answer that seemed to blame me! I've been here for over an hour while they try to connect the Bluetooth and still can't get it to work!!! Crooks crooks crooks!!!!!
