its lego, its the lego store, its the holidays why would you go anywhere else for the trusted brand that kids like at a trusted source, no fees no shipping charges no waiting just head on in and pick up if they have it. they got lego to play with too , vip points are awsome and if you want a vip card here its free and i highly recommend comes in handy when you are just shy of that one set to buy. no limit to how much you can save for. they have freebies too with qualifying purchases.
I loved Lego growing up and visiting this store makes me wish I was a kid again. Filled with all kinds of rare sets that regular stores just don't carry.
while the in-store experience was positive. The customer service I received in regards to an issue involving missing pieces was less than satisfactory. I purchased the new (and expensive) assembly square. When I got to section 4 of the build, I noticed there were several missing pieces, which prevented me from moving forward with the build. I called the store and told them what I found and the response was suggestive that they thought I was not being totally honest. After all, nobody else reported the same issue with this product, and the store build contained all the pieces. They said they weren't sure what they could do for me other than suggest I go on the Lego website and order each individual piece that was missing. I was not too happy about having to pay any more money than what I already had paid ($279.99 + tax) for this build. After which, I contacted Lego directly and they were able to send me the entire set for section 4 of the build, free of charge. This Lego store in OP really needs to work on their customer service skills.
If the kids or you have the need to play with Legos, stop by the store at Oakpark mall. Tons of legos for the kids to play with, and tons of sets and other things available to buy. Along the back wall our pieces sorted by color.
