Having had to work with Public Storage for the last few years and dealing with poor customer service it was nice to have a good experience at two different Extra Space locations which shows me that the customer service is taught at the corporate level and not left up to each branch.

I worked with William Bentley out of the Chandler AZ location (1667) to rent a unit in Overland Park KS (8286). I initially went on-line to reserve the unit in Overland Park and Joshua Holland called me immediately with the sizes he had and what was immediately available.
