I wish I did not have to give them one star! They moved my husband and I on 7/30/2017 from downtown K.C. to Overland Park Kansas. They took my dining room table apart and I told them to be careful with it,but unfortunately they broke a piece off. They did not do it on purpose,but it happened. I have been calling and talking to the owner for nearly 8 weeks. He has not answered in four weeks. I filed a claim on the website like they asked me to,he told me he would get back to me! I asked for the name of the insurance they use and he will not say. I would reason to believe they have none. Now I will be forced to take them to small claims court,like another customer had to do. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!!!
Extremely nice men. I felt safe alone with them. But the move didn't go too well. They didn't bring the clothes boxes that they told us they would. They didn't separate the storage stuff from the house stuff so half or more of the items that were going to storage we ended up moving ourselves. I feel like we wasted money, but I will say the guys were super cool, friendly and nice.
Seriously this moving company has to be in debt or close to being shut down because these dudes are clueless on how to load a truck and how to properly perform their job. Would give a quarter star if that
The price was reasonable and none of our items were damaged, which was great! We did have a problem with the customer service from our movers. One of the guys who moved our apartment was really rude to us from the start. The other guy was nice, but he really dragged his feet getting things in and out of the truck. We could also overhear them bickering and arguing with each other because the rude one kept putting down the other guy the whole time. Then at the end when we were going to pay, he asked us what we were quoted and we told him, and he became very snarky and rude about how there was no way the move would have gotten done in that amount of time and that we would have to pay more. We understand that sometimes moves take longer than originally anticipated, but we were very put off by the way we were spoken to and treated by that mover. Then, a few days later, we noticed that the bed frame he put together was not actually put together, and my roommate had to go and fix what he did not put together all the way. This experience really deterred us from wanting to use this company again.
I used Moving Proz Sept 1st of 2016. I asked for 3 movers and they showed up late with 2 people. I had to do half the work so we could get done without me being charged more. During the move 2 guys dropped a $1,500 dresser, put a hole in the bottom, and scratched multiple drawers. They apologized and said they would first try and fix it and of it couldn't be fixed they would replace it. At the time I figured ok no big deal. Since then I have emailed, called and text without any resolution. Now they just avoid my calls all together. I strongly suggest not using this company that has no idea what customer service is.
