Our first experience with this company was great. The movers were professional and speedy. Our second experience was quite the opposite. The movers lollygagged and managed to break two pieces of furniture. Two of the movers would say disrespectful things in Spanish about the third mover. It look twice as long to move as it did with the first experience (same furniture). We spoke with management about our poor experience, and at first, they were trying hard to make amends. The desk piece that broke was taken to be fixed (which was fixed after 4 weeks), The dresser was examined by them. It was determined they would not be able to fix it so we would be compensated. For a $800 6 month old dresser, they offered us $50 in compensation. We pushed back and they went up to $100. After dealing with them for 8 weeks, we realized we weren't getting anywhere with them and settled. Don't trust your money and furniture with this company.
Don't waste your time and money. They damage property and when given the chance to replace and repair they fail. I've been waiting on a check to cover my refrigerator damage for 4 months. Now I only have legal options left and have no choice but to go that route.
Used their services twice and both times were great! Showed up on time and completed jobs on time and made sure they put furniture and boxes in correct rooms if they were not labeled. Will use again.

Very friendly office staff gave me a fair quote and I requested 3 guys and a big truck. The moving took about 2 1/2 hours and they actually took 1/2 off because it took a bit longer to get from my address in Leawood KS to Overland Park KS than they had anticipated. The guys were very friendly and happy I offered them ice water/gatorade and said most people don't bother. You should always do this for your moving guys... it's common courtesy. In the end, everything was moved in just fine and the cost came in lower than the estimate. No damage, great work, and I will gladly use them again in the future. Just don't be lazy and expect a moving company to do every little thing for you and you'll be fine and get a fair price.
