Moving from one residence to another is always stressful. Regardless of how prepared you believe you are, there are always the little things that you've forgotten about. We found My Mountain Movers by a simple internet search.....and WHAT A FIND. We've used several moving companies over the years and this one was by far the easiest and best move! Granted....we were only moving 10-minutes from one home to another....and we packed and moved all the "little" stuff ourselves. So MMM was left with all the "heavy lifting". We are pretty meticulous about our furnishings, and probably not the easiest people to please. But no worries for these guys, because they were completely professional. They made sure everything was padded carefully, loaded precisely, transported safely, and then unloaded and placed exactly where we asked. This is the 8th home we've purchased....and 8th time we've used "movers". This is the FIRST time we can truly say that we ended the move with ZERO claims for damage.
Moving is stressful, however My Mountain Movers eliminated the stress when Tony answered my telephone call. Prompt and courteous scheduling that met my timetable along with very able professional movers that went above and beyond moving our belongings with little light (electricity and gas had not been turned on yet) in freezing temperatures. A job well done!

Tony was extremely professional and timely and worked to give me a custom move to meet my budget. We did not have enough stuff to justify a 16 ft truck so Tony got us a custom van and the bid was over $1000 cheaper than anyone else to move our things half way across country. The driver was great - very timely, courteous, and careful with our things. These guys are super!
This was my first time hiring My Mountain Movers and I couldn't be happier. I only needed them to move my larger furniture items so it took no time at all. The guys were super nice and very professional. I have an old table that I was nervous about but they made sure it was secure and taken care of on the moving truck. My move was an in-city move so it was really quick and if I ever move again, I will definitely call these guys. Professional and inexpensive!
We moved about 3 miles within Kansas City, but we had so much STUFF! Tony seemed to take it in stride when he came to give us a quote. We were pleased with the quote he gave us (e.g., he "capped" the number of hours it would take to make the move) and the result was a reasonable price. Packing took one day and the packers worked into the evening without complaint. The next day was the move and temperatures were in the single digits all day. Nevertheless, Tony's crew worked relentlessly and at times seemed to be having fun. Everything arrived at our new address in tip-top shape. The final bill was pretty much on the money with the quote we were given.
